People are as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be… When I look at a sunset, I don’t find myself saying, “soften the orange a bit on the right hand corner”… I don’t try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds.

A few words about me

Listening, without judgement, at your pace.

I’m Jo, a counselling professional based in Highcliffe, Dorset, dedicated to listening to you and working alongside you on your journey. I use a combination of approaches to make sense of what you bring, tailoring each session to your personal needs.

My aim is to offer a holistic, supportive and collaborative relationship — caring for your mental and emotional health in a safe, calm and confidential environment, so you can talk through whatever is difficult and find your own way of making changes.

Exploring your past can help you understand how it shapes the present, and how you might approach the future differently.
