How I Can Help

Support that fits around your life, not the other way round.

Whether you’d rather sit with me in a quiet room, talk while walking by the sea, or connect from home online — we’ll find the way of working that helps you open up most easily.

Are you feeling lost, stuck, or unsure at the moment?

Not taking care of your own needs, and putting everyone else first? This can happen when you constantly think about yourself negatively and feel unable to give yourself compassion, or the time you deserve. It can make you feel that somehow you are unworthy, not good enough, or that it’s selfish to focus on you.

If you want to change the way you speak to yourself, and let go of some of the beliefs you’ve held onto that are now unhelpful and holding you back — it starts with you. From the inside out.

Modes of working

Face to face, walk & talk, or online

I.

Face to Face

I work from a dedicated therapy room in Highcliffe, offering a safe space to talk confidentially at a pace that suits you — relaxed, warm, and private. The room is close to the main bus route just off the high street, with parking a short walk away.

II.

Walk & Talk

Sessions based around Chewton Bunny and Highcliffe Beach. Being outside, with fresh air, natural light and gentle movement, can offer a genuinely different therapeutic experience. We meet at my office first, and in poor weather I’ll offer a face to face session or the option to reschedule.

III.

Online

Safe, secure sessions via video link, such as Zoom or WhatsApp video. This offers flexibility around family, work or social commitments, and means I can support you wherever you are.
